We do not currently bill insurance providers directly. This means that payment for the scan is required in full on the day of your visit. To assist with your insurance claim, we will provide you with:
• An official attendance confirmation letter
• A detailed receipt of payment
• Your clinical scan report and all relevant images
Many of our patients successfully use these documents to seek reimbursement from their insurance providers after the appointment. Please check with your provider to ensure this aligns with your policy.
